BRIAN D. LIT, ESQUIRE
was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and raised in the
Sunshine State of Florida. Brian was a competitive
tennis player and received numerous awards on his way to
a scholarship at the University of South Florida. Brian
graduated from USF with honors in Political Science
before attending the prestigious Stetson University
College of Law in St Petersburg, Florida.
Before becoming an
attorney, Brian was a top executive with a major
wholesale lending institution and has gained invaluable
experience in mortgage and foreclosure law. He has
personally supervised over 500 mortgage transactions and
has protected many people from foreclosure proceedings.
Brian’s other areas
of practice consist of Wills, Trusts, Personal Injury
and Real Estate Litigation. Brian is available to speak at
any seminar in the counties of Pinellas, Hillsborough,
Pasco, Polk, Hernando and Manatee. Brian is often a
guest on Mr. Pippen’s radio show, “Ask An Attorney All
About Florida Law” on Saturday mornings from 8 a.m. – 10
a.m.
Brian currently
resides in the Feather Sound area of St Petersburg,
Florida.
