Rob Walton was born in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida and grew up
in Fairhope, Alabama where he graduated from Bayside
Academy. He went on to attend the College of Charleston
earning degrees in Political Science and History. He earned
his Juris Doctorate degree from Stetson University College
of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida. While at Stetson, Rob
gained valuable experience working as a law clerk for the
Honorable Judge Amy Williams. In addition, he won the
American Association for Justice Trial Competition hosted by
Stetson, and served as president of the Stetson Maritime Law
Society.
Rob Walton is an attorney with the Law Offices of Joseph F.
Pippen, Jr., & Associates and practices in the areas of
Estate Planning, Charitable Gift Planning, and Elder Law.
Rob is a member of Sun Coast Hospice General Council,
Partnership for Philanthropic Planning, and is Vice
President of the Tampa Bay Christian Legal Society. He is
also a frequent guest on “ Ask An Attorney” radio show with
host Attorney Joe Pippen. Rob Walton is available for free
seminars on any of his practice areas.
Rob enjoys traveling, boating, hiking, and volunteering as
an Assistant Scout Master for a local Boy Scout Troop. He
currently resides in St. Petersburg, Florida.
